MACHE COMMUNITY

We design and construct eco-friendly homes that are strong, beautiful, and energy-efficient. Each home is built by local and diaspora teams, combining traditional craftsmanship with modern design. Ownership plans empower families to build equity, while retreat villas offer income-generating opportunities.

Our farms use regenerative and permaculture methods to restore soil health, preserve water, and grow nutrient-rich food for the community. Residents work together to produce and share crops, creating food independence while protecting Haiti’s natural resources.

At the center of every MACHE community is a holistic Healing Center — a sacred space offering yoga, meditation, sound therapy, herbal medicine, massage, and wellness retreats. Residents and visitors can receive care from holistic doctors and local healers while learning self-mastery and emotional balance. Our retreats also attract diaspora visitors, creating income for the community through wellness tourism.

MACHE’s education program blends ancestral wisdom with modern innovation. Children and adults learn hands-on skills in farming, natural building, wellness, technology, and business. From energy work and mindset training to coding and finance, our goal is to raise conscious leaders equipped to rebuild Haiti and thrive anywhere in the world.

The MACHE Marketplace is a shared open-air market where residents sell what they grow, make, or create — from food and herbs to clothing, furniture, and art. Entrepreneurs can also host their online storefronts through MACHE Connect, giving them access to a global audience and diaspora buyers. Every purchase helps circulate wealth within the community.

At MACHE, our vision goes beyond our village borders. Every community we build becomes a catalyst for renewal in the surrounding areas. Through hands-on service and collaboration, we’re restoring Haiti’s natural and social infrastructure — ensuring that everyone, not just MACHE residents, thrives.
