This role designs and implements systems that support food sovereignty, soil regeneration, reforestation, and sustainable land use. They coordinate with local farmers, land stewards, and technical experts to build long-term ecological and agricultural resilience. The director ensures all agricultural development aligns with regenerative and community-centered principles.

Director of Environmental Sustainability


The Director of Environmental Sustainability ensures that all MACHE initiatives align with ecological preservation, climate resilience, and regenerative systems. This role develops environmental standards, monitors ecological impact, and integrates sustainability practices across all projects. They guide initiatives related to renewable energy, water systems, waste management, and biodiversity protection. Their work ensures that development strengthens natural ecosystems rather than depleting them.

Director of Education & Training


The Director of Education & Training develops and implements learning systems that build community capacity and long-term self-sufficiency. This includes vocational training, leadership development, agricultural education, entrepreneurship programs, and cultural knowledge preservation. The role focuses on creating accessible, practical, and community-centered educational pathways that empower individuals with real-world skills and opportunities. They also oversee curriculum design and partnerships with educators, trainers, and institutions.

Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

The Chief Financial Officer oversees MACHE’s financial strategy, budgeting, reporting, and long-term financial sustainability. This role ensures responsible financial management, supports fundraising and investment planning, and helps guide the organization’s growth through transparent and strategic financial oversight.

Chief Information Officer (CIO)

The Chief Information Officer leads MACHE’s technology and digital infrastructure strategy. This role oversees systems, platforms, data management, and digital innovation to support communication, operations, project management, and community engagement across the organization.
