Louis Denis

Louis is an experienced entrepreneur and construction leader with over 20 years of hands-on expertise in building structurally sound, high-quality homes from the ground up. As the owner of a successful construction company, he has led, planned, and executed a wide range of projects, earning a reputation for precision, reliability, and excellence in development.

Beyond his professional work, Louis is a dedicated philanthropist with a deep commitment to community impact and rebuilding Haiti. His work is driven by a vision of creating sustainable, resilient environments where families can thrive with dignity and stability.

As a driving force behind MACHE, Louis leads strategic development, land planning, and infrastructure initiatives, ensuring that each project is built with long-term sustainability, functionality, and community well-being at its core. His leadership bridges technical expertise with purpose, helping lay the foundation for a stronger, more self-sufficient future for Haiti.

Chief Operating Officer (COO)

Nerlange Jean-Louis

Nerlange serves as Chief Operating Officer of Mache Community, where she drives operational strategy, organizational alignment, and execution across all initiatives. With a strong background in program management, entrepreneurship, and team leadership, she specializes in building systems, optimizing workflows, and leading teams to deliver measurable, on-the-ground impact.

Her executive leadership ensures that Mache’s vision translates into structured, scalable action—keeping people, projects, and partnerships aligned and effective. In addition to her operational role, Nerlange curates opportunities that reconnect the Haitian diaspora with home and serves as a mindset coach, guiding individuals to align with their highest timeline while contributing to meaningful change.

Director of Strategic Partnerships & Media Relations

Blandine J.

Blandine serves as the Director of Strategic Partnerships & Media Relations, where she leads the organization’s global outreach, partnership development, and media strategy. She brings a powerful lens to Haiti’s evolving landscape—using her platform to share news, on-the-ground updates, and compelling stories that highlight individuals and communities driving meaningful change.

Her work serves as a critical connection point between Haiti and the diaspora, amplifying local voices while engaging international audiences in the rebuilding process. By aligning media visibility with partnership opportunities, she helps position MACHE as a force in community development, diaspora engagement, and local infrastructure initiatives.

Director of Community Relations & Memberships

Billy Martinez

Billy Martinez is a telecommunications professional, entrepreneur, and community advocate with over 10 years of experience in sales, customer relations, and leadership. As an active supporter and contributor to the MACHE movement, he is committed to helping create sustainable solutions and positive change throughout Haiti.

His work with MACHE focuses on community outreach, supporter engagement, project coordination, fundraising initiatives, partnership development, and helping promote restoration efforts centered around environmental improvement, youth empowerment, and long-term community sustainability.

Creative Director

Prince Prajjé Oscar Jean Baptiste

Prince Prajjé Oscar Jean Baptiste serves as the Creative Director of MACHE, bringing world-class creative leadership, cultural vision, and artistic excellence to the organization’s global identity. As an internationally acclaimed Haitian-American designer known for redefining modern luxury fashion through storytelling, heritage, and innovation, Prajjé helps shape how MACHE is experienced, seen, and remembered across audiences worldwide.

Drawing from a remarkable career that spans couture fashion, television, live productions, and cultural leadership, Prajjé brings a unique ability to merge artistry with purpose. A graduate of the prestigious Massachusetts College of Art and Design, founder of his fashion house since 2003, and a celebrated two-time Project Runway alumnus, he has built an international reputation for craftsmanship, innovation, and honoring Haitian heritage through design.

At MACHE, Prajjé’s helps define the organization’s cultural voice, directs brand campaigns and storytelling initiatives, advises on experiential events and partnerships, and ensures that MACHE’s visual presence reflects the strength, resilience, and brilliance of the communities it serves. Through his vision, MACHE’s creative expression becomes a movement that celebrates identity, inspires participation, and reimagines what community transformation can look like.

Director of Marketing

Martine Desane 

Martine Desane serves as the Director of Marketing at MACHE, where she leads brand strategy, storytelling, campaign development, and digital engagement to grow awareness and mobilize support for Haiti's sustainable rebuilding.

With a background in entrepreneurship, sales, and brand marketing, Martine brings a strategic and hands-on approach to expanding MACHE's visibility and strengthening its connection to the diaspora and beyond.

She currently serves as Director of Sales and Operations at conditionHER, a women's intimate wellness brand, where she built the company's brand voice and designed a partnership program. Martine is also a former business owner, having founded and operated her own jewelry company for 4 years. Her long-term goal is to return to Haiti and contribute directly to its development.

Director of Education

Marie Sainviluste

Marie is a passionate Haitian educator, community advocate, and founder of Life in Haiti with Marie, an initiative dedicated to expanding access to quality education and opportunity for children and families in Haiti. Through her grassroots work, Marie has transformed vision into action—building a school from the ground up, creating safe learning environments, and mobilizing support to ensure children have access to education, school resources, and pathways to a brighter future. 

As MACHE’s Director of Education, Marie brings firsthand experience in educational leadership, community empowerment, and child-centered development. Her work reflects MACHE’s belief that education is foundational to national restoration, self-reliance, and generational transformation. She will help guide the development of MACHE’s educational initiatives, including vocational training, youth empowerment programs, community learning models, and strategic partnerships that expand access to practical, culturally grounded education throughout Haiti.

Director of Communications

Christina Cherilus 

Christina serves as the Director of Communications for MACHE, bringing visionary storytelling, cultural advocacy, and strategic communication expertise to the organization’s global voice. Born in Haiti, Christina grew up surrounded by the stories, legends, and rich history of her community, which inspired her lifelong passion for storytelling, culture, and social awareness.

At MACHE, she oversees public relations, organizational messaging, and cross-platform engagement, ensuring the voices, values, and impact of the organization resonate locally and internationally.

Christina also curates a TikTok platform @Setaminata dedicated to Haitian history, myths, and global cultural stories, using narrative to promote education, cultural pride, and social awareness. Her work reflects MACHE’s commitment to community, transparency, and collective growth.
